Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word and the template was used accurately.
  • Content published elsewhere may also be submitted here. In general, if parts of the submission have been previously published, the authors are responsible for the transfer of the relevant copyrights to Infinite Science Publishing. With this submission, you — on behalf of all authors of your submission — declare that there are no copyright issues with your submission. The original work must be cited.
  • All co-author names, including their e-mail addresses and affiliations, must be filled into the metadata online form during the submission process (necessary as part of our compliance rules).
  • An up to 300-word excerpt and keywords must be filled into the metadata online form during the submission process (will be used for the paper landing page).
  • With this submission, you — on behalf of all authors of your submission — declare your consent that, if accepted, the contribution is published online in the Proceedings on Automation in Medical Engineering under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit a structured short paper of no more than 2 pages to the Automed Proceedings. Submissions will be accepted only if the Word template is used accurately. The contributions will be peer-reviewed and published online in an upcoming Issue of the Proceedings on Automation in Medical Engineering available during the symposium.
